How Skyline works

One brand. Each park is its own operation.

Guests know Skyline 360 Park. Operators run the location — hours, team, parties, and the local guest experience — while the brand keeps the look, attractions model, and systems consistent.

The brand

Skyline 360 Park

A shared corporate playbook so a guest in Katy, Texas and a guest in Pennsylvania enjoy a consistent Skyline experience.

  • Brand, look, and guest experience standards
  • Attractions model and park layout guidance
  • Booking, waiver, and party systems
  • National marketing and launch support

Your park

You operate the location

Each franchisee manages their park day to day. You lead your market, your team, and your community, with brand support behind you.

  • Local staff, hours, and floor operations
  • Parties, groups, and neighborhood events
  • Park-specific contact, bookings, and waivers
  • Local promotions that fit your city

Why operators choose Skyline

An indoor adventure format with room for each location to serve its own market.

Protected local market

You operate one park in a defined area. The brand grows by adding locations — not by competing with yours.

Ready-to-run systems

Waivers, tickets, parties, and contact already work for each park. You add your location to a system that is already in use.

Demand that repeats

Birthdays, groups, memberships, and walk-in fun keep a park busy all week — not only on opening weekend.

Parks in the network

Each location has its own park page, booking flow, and local team. New franchisees join this network.

Getting started

How you become a Skyline operator

A clear process from first inquiry to grand opening. You operate the park; the brand remains with you.

  1. 01

    Is there a fit?

Complete the form. Tell us your market, capital, and timeline. We look for operators who value people, energy, and a well-run park.

  2. 02

    Introduction call

A live conversation with the franchise team: the model, how each location operates independently, and your questions.

  3. 03

    See a park

Visit an operating or launching Skyline location so you can see the guest experience, attractions, and day-to-day reality.

  4. 04

    The legal path

If there is a fit, you receive the opportunity overview and, where required, a Franchise Disclosure Document. No agreement until that process is complete.

  5. 05

    Propose a location

You bring candidate sites in your territory. We share criteria for size, parking, and trade area so your park can thrive without overlapping another Skyline.

  6. 06

    Build & train

After a lease, the brand helps with layout, vendors, and operations training. You hire and lead the local team.

  7. 07

    Grand opening

Doors open. You operate the park. Skyline stays the brand guests recognize — and you own the local experience.

FAQs

Franchise questions

Does each location run its own park?

Yes. Skyline 360 Park is the brand. Each franchisee operates their location — local team, hours, parties, and guest experience — with shared brand standards and systems.

Where does my application go?

Two emails go out. The franchise team is notified at franchise@skyline360park.com with only the answers you typed on the form. Extra internal team inboxes (if any) stay private and are never shown to you. You receive a confirmation that lists those same answers and the public contact address franchise@skyline360park.com — nothing the guide auto-filled on the page.

How does the location guide work?

Enter a city, state, or country. We complete the matching address fields (they highlight so you can see what changed), then compare the location with parks already in the network. If that local market appears taken, we say so and suggest other options. If it appears new, we ask you to finish the form. You may still inquire either way — the franchise team confirms territory.

Can I apply for a city that already has a park?

Yes. The guide will flag the overlap and suggest other cities or states. You may still send the inquiry if you would like the team to discuss nearby open territories.

Is this a franchise offer?

No. This page and form are an invitation to start a conversation. A franchise can only be offered through a Franchise Disclosure Document in states that require one.
